Appointment Deposit
The appointment deposit reserves the Injector’s time, and 100% of this is applied toward treatment when you receive a filler package treatment or BOTOX injections on the booked date. The fee is $500.
For new patients receiving same-day package treatments, the appointment deposit includes the cost of the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is forfeited if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 2 business days’ notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment.
To reach us after hours, please call the office and leave a message. The practice has a live operator answering service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will retrieve your time-stamped message on the following business day and process your request.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and we offer financing options through CareCredit®. We do not accept personal checks.

Financial Policy FAQs
Is the appointment deposit refundable?
Your appointment deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment as long as you provide us with at least 2 business days’ notice.
Can I change/reschedule my appointment?
Yes. We require 2 business days’ notice for any changes to your reserved time. Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will forfeit their deposit.
What if I’m sick?
Same-day cancellations due to illness will be treated like other same-day cancellations.
What If I’m Late?
We request that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Based on availability, we may be able to accommodate an appointment; however, you will be seen after on-time patients.
Will I be seen on time?
We respect your time and make every effort to see patients at their scheduled times. Occasionally, our Injectors run behind due to unforeseen circumstances and for the safety of our patients. We will do our best to notify you if we are behind schedule.
