Our process—Illumination 360˚—assesses your face from every angle and evaluates how light interacts with your features. Youthful faces reflect light with smooth, even surfaces. In contrast, shadows are created by uneven surfaces (deep folds and creases) that age your appearance. Illumination 360˚ uses BOTOX® and dermal fillers to lift, smooth, and correct those unwanted shadows for a fresher appearance.

Illumination – Your Face Illuminated with BOTOX & Fillers

This woman is a classic example of the power of Illumination 360˚. Her natural radiance and beauty were “overshadowed” before, and she looked a little deflated which gave her a tired/sleepy appearance. You can see that she has volume loss under the eye, causing dark circles and under-eye bags. Volume loss in her cheeks creates a sunken appearance and causes nasolabial folds, shadows around the mouth, and jowling. Other areas, like her chin and nose could also be addressed with filler to refresh and enhance her appearance. She was a great candidate for Full Face Filler treatment using our Illumination 360 approach.

After her series of treatments, the shadows are replaced with flattering contours—cheekbones, chin, nose—that capture and reflect light, for an overall youthful and luminous look without any makeup. 

Non surgical rhinoplasty (liquid nose job) enhances the shape of her nose, and you can see the smooth, bright under-eye area—often created with makeup—that she now enjoys naturally 24/7.

Out of the Shadows

This young woman’s under-eye dark circles and bags (1), along with nasolabial folds (2), were caused by volume loss in the midface (3) that contributed to flattened cheeks and an aged look. Shadowing and dimpling on the chin was caused, in part by an overactive mentalis muscle (4), and in part by volume loss and inadequate chin projection (5). Her nasal bridge lacked definition (6), making her nose look wider.

Into the Light

We started by building up the midface and cheeks (1) with JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® in order to provide support for Restylane® placed in the tear trough (2). This creates a smooth transition between the orbital area and the cheek and gives the cheekbones dimension, allowing them to better capture and reflect light (3). We used BOTOX® to relax her hyperactive mentalis muscle and smooth the dimpled look of her chin (4). We also injected RADIESSE®—a thicker filler—to give it more projection and bring balance to her facial proportions (5).  

The careful addition of Restylane to the bridge and tip of her nose (6) improved its shape and definition, and really brings her whole look together.
