Before And After Upper Eyelid Filler Case 264

ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This East Bay woman had deep set eyes caused by weight loss. The shadows above and below her eyes was getting progessively worse. She tried unsuccessfully to have the lower lids treated 2 years prior to visitng Dr. Mabrie. 

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This was a challenging case. The tear trough indentation was fairly straight-forward, but the upper eyelid issue was a little more difficult. I used the microcannula which really helped me place the filler in the appropriate location.

TREATMENT
She received Restylane to her upper eyelids and tear trough area with the microcannula.

THE OUTCOME
Both her and Dr. Mabrie loved the results achieved with dermal fillers.
