ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This man was a retired seaman. He had heard there were non-surgical treatments for the aging face and wrinkles. His primary doctor referred him to Dr. Mabrie to find out about a possible 'thread-lift'.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Right away, I told him the thread-lift has not been shown to have long-term substantial benefits and I do not recommend it. I agreed he did not need a surgical procedure. He had a very advanced case of volume loss in his face, his cheeks in particular were sunken, making the bags beneath his eyes very prominent. While a facelift does provide comparable results, non-surgical dermal fillers also provide excellent results- immediately and without the down-time needed for surgery. Dr. Mabrie treated his cheeks for volume support and beneath the eyes to replace the volume loss there. The treatment was done in about 15 minutes.
