ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This particular case is one that I'm very excited to share with you. This patient had been seeking help around San Francisco for non-surgical rejuvenation when he found our practice online. He knew he wanted to look more refreshed to reflect his charismatic personality, but he wasn't sure what kind of treatment would help him accomplish this.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

During our initial consultation, my first impression was that he was probably going to need lower lid blepharoplasty surgery to remove those under eye bags. However, because I'm all about advocating the magic of dermal fillers. I had a hunch that we could achieve this non-surgically, without making any cuts or incisions.

Well, it turns out that we most definitely could! We applied Restylane to the tear troughs and to the nose, Radiesse to the chin, and Juvederm Voluma to the cheeks. The time frame for this treatment plan was about six months.

THE OUTCOME

The key to our success was that we didn't just target the area under the eyes, much like a lower lid blepharoplasty would have. Instead, we worked with the entire midface region, treating it as a whole.
