Before And After Under Eye Bags & Dark Circles Case 202

ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This San Francisco woman in her 30’s came to Dr. Mabrie unsatisfied with previous Botox and IPL procedures.  She was interested in treatment to her dark under eye circles and deep forehead wrinkles.  During her consultation, she expressed concerns with bruising, recovery time, frequency of follow-up appointments and cost.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
The severe shadowing prominent under this patient’s eyes created an exhausted appearance.  She is an excellent example of how combining filler treatments to the tear trough areas under the eye with fillers to the cheek area can benefit the overall results.   

TREATMENT
She received Restylane Lyft to her tear troughs, mid-face and cheek area. 

THE OUTCOME
After a short procedure, this patient experienced minor bruising which lasted a few weeks.  The final result was the immediate disappearance of her under eye circles.
