Sometimes the slightest defect that no one else seems to notice about our face can be one of the biggest obstacles to our peace of mind. This is especially true for the nasal area, where just the slightest irregularity can spur unwelcomed feelings of self-consciousness.

This woman from Oakland knows this from experience. Something about how her nose was shaped didn't make her feel goof about the way she looked. That's why she came into my San Francisco office for a consultation. She wanted advice on what to do to bring symmetry to her nasal area.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

To the naked eye, this patient's nose was just fine - average, in fact. But to her, it felt hugely uneven. I could see why: there were nasal contour irregularities, some tip asymmetry, and a slight concavity on the tip nasal vault.

I knew that Restylane was the best option to even all of this out of her. Over the course of six months, we applied three different syringes of this highly stable volumizer to find that elusive symmetry her nose needed.

THE OUTCOME

As you can see, she went from having an average nose to having an elegant one in such a short amount of time. She feels a lot more comfortable and confident now, which is the greatest reward from any treatment.
