Before And After Non Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 318

ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This young Bay Area woman had previously received a non-surgical Juvederm treatment to address the circles that were appearing under her eyes, but she wasn't exactly satisfied with the results. After reading some of my patient reviews online and noting my unique approach and focus on non-surgical facial sculpting, she decided to come in for a consultation at my downtown San Francisco office. When we met, we discussed treatment options for underneath her eyes, around her nose, and to her chin area.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

As soon as we began our consultation, I was immediately excited to work with this patient. Her face was already attractive and very photogenic, but it needed some augmentation to enhance the bone structure. I also noticed that her nose had noticeable issues with contour irregularities and collapse that we could fix with facial dermal fillers.

For her treatment, I applied Restylane to her nose, lips and under her eyes. Initially, I used Radiesse for cheekbone and chin augmentation, but during further sessions we began using Juvederm Voluma for these areas since it's capable of providing a more significant lift.

For her nose, I performed a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty. Her nose already had the potential to be very nice, bit the numerous collapsed areas were creating dissonance with the rest of her face. These collapses were occurring where bone and cartilage meet. By filling in these concavities and shaping the nasal tip, I helped her achieve the full potential of her nose. Now it's smooth, delicate, and beautiful.

THE OUTCOME

I'm very happy with the way her face looks now. It's more proportionate, clean looking and defined. I'm particularly pleased with the improvements to the nose, and amazed at how her new polished appearance gives the illusion that she's wearing make-up, though her lower face is entirely make up free! I'm particularly pleased with the improvements to the nose. I think this patient is a wonderful case study for the amazing results you can achieve with a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty.
