Before And After Non Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 304

ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This woman in her 30's, recently received chemotherapy and felt the treatment "had sucked the life" out of her face. She had developed dark shadows giving her a persistently tired appearance. She had made an appointment for treatment at a med spa but before her visit discovered Dr. Mabrie's website and instead scheduled an appointment for an assessment. During her consultation she asked about her nose. She didn't like how wide her bridge seemed and felt her nose overwhelmed her face on frontal view.  She didn’t think anything could be done and was surprised to learn that she was an excellent candidate for non-surgical rhinoplasty. She had considered surgical rhinoplasty for many years but it was too expensive and she felt she wouldn't receive support from her family for such a radical procedure.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Treating her eyes and cheeks was satisfying, but treating her nose was really satisfying! I could tell that her nose would respond well to fillers. While her nasal tip seemed big, it was actually lacking in definition. With a little bridge and tip augmentation we found the "cute" nose that was always there!

TREATMENT
Highlighted treatment is part of an Ilumination 360˚ Full Face treatment. She received Restylane to her nose and under eyes, Juvederm Voluma to her mid-face and cheekbones, Juvderm Ultra to her lips, Radiesse to her chin and Botox to her brows and forehead. 

THE OUTCOME
She looks fresher, younger and happier with her new nose!
