Before And After Non Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 300

ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This African American man in his 20's had a big problem: he had long felt his nose detracted from the rest of his face. While he appreciated its shape in general, he felt it made him look too childlike. During his search for a surgeon experienced in Ethnic Rhinoplasty, my videos caught his eye, so we met in my downtown San Francisco office, where I consulted with him about non-surgical options.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This patient had a well-proportioned nose with good tip definition, but the depression of the nasal bridge was making his nose and face appear surprisingly, too youthful. Using facial fillers to define this underdeveloped area gave his nose a more adult appearance. In the end, I performed a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty with one application of Restylane dermal filler.

THE OUTCOME
The patient is shown immediately following the procedure in the after picture. Needless to say, he was very pleased with the outcome this non-surgical procedure provided.
