ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient consulted with Dr. Mabrie in his San Francisco office to explore his interest in non-surgical Rhinoplasty. He was dissatisfied with the general shape of his nose, as well as the contour of his face when viewed from the front and side. The cosmetic objective was for his nose to be more masculine and defined, giving him a stronger profile.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

When I first examined this patient's nose, I initially thought a surgical procedure would be necessary. He had very thick skin and was deficient in definition on both frontal and profile views. However, after examining more closely, I found that what his nose lacked was more support in the dorsum/nasal bridge area and more structure to the nasal tip. While these things may be accomplished with surgery, they may also be accomplished with fillers in the office.

TREATMENT

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty using Restylane Lyft injections to build his dorsum, and add tip definition.

THE OUTCOME

Results were noticeable immediately after treatment, with only a few hours of recovery time. Both the patient and Dr. Mabrie were pleased with the ending results.
