ABOUT OUR PATIENT
Our patient is a retired woman who wanted an all-around makeover for her birthday. She was bothered by the pouches by the corners of her mouth, the jowling along her jawline, and the shadows and creases that have settled across her lower face. Despite her enthusiasm for treatment, she was nervous at the thought of injections having never done dermal fillers before.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Dr. Mabrie formulated a comprehensive treatment plan that tackled all of the patient’s concerns regarding her lower face. Hyaluronic acid filler was used to combat jowling by filling in the gaps along the anterior jawline, effectively contouring the patient’s overall silhouette. Dr. Mabrie injected filler at the corners of the mouth to reduce the look of sagging pouches, and he utilized BOTOX to subtly reduce dimpling at the chin. Throughout the treatment, he ensured the patient’s comfort through precise numbing techniques and the use of nitrous gas.

THE OUTCOME
Years were taken off the patient’s face, and she didn’t even have to go under the knife! The patient’s lower face was noticeably smoother, and the shadows along her jawline were significantly reduced.
