ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This young professional, female patient came into our office requesting the popular ‘keyhole pout’. She wanted fuller lips that looked more voluminous, soft and pillowy, while still also proportional and natural. She wanted to create a keyhole, a small hole centrally between the top and bottom lip, which gives the lips a perfect, pouty appearance.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN 

To help this patient obtain her dream lips we planned to increase the volume and balance of her lips using Juvéderm Ultra. During her treatments the product needed to be strategically placed to enhance the natural tubercles of the lips in order to leave her with a keyhole.

THE OUTCOME

After two treatments, one month apart, this patient’s lips appear fuller and more balanced. We were able to give her that keyhole pout while keeping her lips looking very natural!
