This gentleman in his 70s wanted to look more rested and relaxed while still maintaining his natural character. One of his biggest upper-face concerns was the deep frown lines between his brows and horizontal forehead wrinkles that had become increasingly visible over time. As part of his overall facial rejuvenation, Dr. Mabrie evaluated both the muscle activity creating his wrinkles and the age-related changes occurring throughout his face. Botox was used strategically to soften repetitive movement while preserving a natural, masculine expression.

• Frown Lines: Botox relaxed the strong muscles between the brows responsible for the deep "11" lines, softening their appearance and reducing the constant downward pull through the brow area.
• Forehead Wrinkles: Carefully placed Botox reduced repetitive forehead movement, helping soften horizontal lines while maintaining natural expression.
• Chin: Botox relaxed excess mentalis activity to smooth subtle dimpling and tension.
• Midface, Cheeks + Under Eyes: Supportive and softer-textured fillers were used to restore age-related volume loss, soften under eye shadowns and nasolabial fold heaviness, and complement his upper-face rejuvenation.
