ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This male patient in his 40s initially visited us to explore treatment options for his nose, but during his i360 Full Face assessment, we identified an opportunity to enhance his overall profile by addressing a prominent forehead concavity. While he was concerned with the uneven appearance of his nasal bridge and tip, he also shared that his forehead made his brow area appear heavier and more recessed than he liked — something he described as overly “caveman-like.” His injector recommended a tailored treatment plan to harmonize both features for a balanced, confident result.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This patient’s transformation was part of our i360 Full Face approach — a comprehensive evaluation that considers how each feature contributes to overall harmony and presence. While his nose was the initial concern, the treatment plan prioritized his forehead contouring to create natural-looking structure and improve balance in both frontal and profile views.

Forehead Contouring with Restylane Lyft: Dermal filler was used over two sessions to fill in the concavities and create a more convex, masculine contour. This helped soften the shadowing around the brow and gave the upper face a more lifted, cohesive look.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: To complement the improved forehead shape, filler was used to smooth the nasal bridge and subtly rotate the tip, refining the nose’s shape and projection without surgery.
