ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This beautiful patient of ours has a passion for health and fitness. Like many of our athletes, she finds that she loses volume in her face when she leans out. She came to the office looking for a refresher and a way to replace the volume she had lost through her body building. 

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
After sharing her concerns with Dr. Mabrie, our patient left the treatment plan in Dr. Mabrie's hands and trusted him to suggest the most transformative and appropriate treatment. 

Dr. Mabrie recognized that the volume loss in the lower face was leading to a lack of structural support to the jawline, resulting in early signs of jowling.

Using a combination of Restylane Lyft and Juvederm Voluma, Dr. Mabrie replaced lost volume and contoured her jawline. By increasing the projection of her chin, and defining her jawline he was able to not only improve the appearance of the jawline itself but of the submental and neck region.

Another key area treated was this patient's oral commissures, which once treated helped smooth the transition of her lower cheeks to her chin, de-emphasizing the appearance of marionette lines. This transformation was done over two visits one month apart. 

THE OUTCOME
