ABOUT OUR PATIENT
One of the most important procedures I perform at my practice is correcting the effects of previous dermal filler treatments that leave patients with less than ideal results. This patient had dermal filler placed too superficially under her eyes by a different injector, which was causing a Tyndall Effect (blueish tint).

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
While examining the effects of her previous procedure, I also noticed there were contour irregularities around her nose, volume loss to her tear troughs and midface, and telltale signs of pre-jowl. I suggested we first dissolve the old dermal filler under her eyes using Hylenex. I then treated her volume loss and contour irregularities with Restylane to her nasal bridge and tip, under eyes, chin and lips; Juvederm Voluma to her cheeks; and Botox to her forehead.

THE OUTCOME
After only a month of treatment, you can tell that her whole face has a luster to it that the volume loss had taken away. She's further proof that correcting volume loss and changing the way light hits your face has a revitalizing effect on how you look and feel.
