ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient of mine, a young woman from the South Bay in California, wasn't feeling too happy with her profile, or the dark circles that were creeping up beneath her eyes. She came to my San Francisco office for a consultation, specifically asking about the possibilities that dermal fillers could provide.

The first thing I noticed during our examination was that she had very attractive brown eyes that were competing with those unfortunate looking under eye shadows. I also noticed that her nose had an irregular contour that I wanted to soften for a more balanced appearance. Despite the cosmetic concerns, I knew that her face had a large amount of untapped potential just waiting to be revealed.

We discussed using fillers to decrease her under eye shadows, and add more definition to her face by augmenting her cheeks and chin. I knew we could achieve great results working together, so much so that I planned to feature her in a video to illustrate what fillers can do when used elegantly and creatively.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Restylane was used to reduce tear trough shadowing, contour the nose, and augment the upper lip. I applied Dysport in between her eyebrows to reduce the frown lines that were showing up. In addition, Radiesse was used as a structural filler to further augment the cheekbones and chin.

THE OUTCOME
The after photographs you're admiring above were taken only 2 weeks after her initial procedure, and she already looked fantastic! When people look at these photos, many ask if she lost weight in between. Not at all! That's all the work of Radiesse Dermal Filler. During our follow-up visit, I noted an improvement to the appearance of her chin, but I felt it could be even better with another application of Radiesse. The end result was phenomenal. She was absolutely thrilled with her new chic appearance, just as much as I was.
