Our patient, a vibrant Asian woman in her 60s, came to Mabrie Facial Institute seeking a non-surgical solution to refresh her appearance. She wanted a natural yet noticeable “pick-me-up” to restore volume, balance her features, and address the signs of aging. 

While she had no interest in surgery, she was curious about how dermal fillers could provide a comprehensive enhancement. 

She also had one specific request: help with her nasal bridge so her glasses could finally stay put. (We’ve all been there, right?)

MFI Treatment Plan
To achieve her goals, we designed a comprehensive facial rejuvenation plan: 

• Under-Eye Rejuvenation: Dermal fillers smoothed hollows and brightened her eyes. 
   
• Mid-Face and Cheeks: Volume was restored providing lift and enhancing her youthful contours. 
   
• Nasal Bridge Augmentation: Fillers were used along her nasal bridge to create a higher, more defined profile, improving both her appearance and the fit of her glasses. 
   
• Chin and Jawline Definition: Additional filler was refined and defined these areas, achieving a more sculpted lower face. 
   
• Jowl Treatment: Volume was strategically placed to smooth the jawline. 

The goal was to harmonize her features while maintaining a natural result.

The Outcome
The results exceeded her expectations. Her face appeared lifted and rejuvenated, with smoother transitions and improved facial balance. 

Her nasal bridge was more defined, allowing her glasses to sit more securely. 

She loved how the enhancements gave her a refreshed and youthful appearance while still looking like herself, leaving her feeling confident and radiant.
