ABOUT OUR PATIENT
Our patient came in to see us with a favorite case example in mind from our website. She admired our ability to contour and shape a rounder face. Her main goal was to look her age and to achieve more of a heart-shaped face.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
We first started with the initial treatment of addressing the patient’s full face. We assessed her photos and found that not only dermal fillers would help her achieve her fantastic result, but also a neuromodulator would assist in giving her a contoured face.

In her first treatment, we used Restylane to her under eyes, jaw, and nose; Juvederm Voluma to her mid-face, cheeks, and chin; Juvederm Ultra Plus to define her jaw and chin; and lastly, we placed a neuromodulator called Dysport to relax and slim her masseter muscles. After two refinement treatments in the length of 6 months, we built up a foundation of a beautiful contoured result for our wonderful patient.

THE OUTCOME
Our patient believes that now she looks her age and feels more attractive than she felt before. Defining the cheeks and jaw; projecting the chin and using Dysport to her masseter muscles gave her a heart-shaped face that she initially came in looking for. We love the combination of neuromodulators and dermal fillers to get the job done!
