ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This young man in his mid-20's consulted with me because he felt that he was looking tired. In particular, he was unhappy about the shadows under his eyes. Mr. H wanted to look fresher and more awake. He also wanted to explore ways to improve his appearance.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
I was excited to work with Mr. H because he was ready for full face treatment. The first step was correcting the dark circles under his eyes. Mr. H had originally thought that the darkness was a pigmentation issue, but actually a result of small volume deficits. These recessed valleys were casting dark shadows under his eyes. When we filled those areas with dermal filler, the surfaces are now smoother and reflect light. On his follow-up visits, we treated his midface and defined his nose, chin, and cheeks.

THE OUTCOME
Mr. H. now looks like the rock star version of himself. We achieved his goal to look fresher and more awake in about 1 month. Now, he has a defined nose, chin, cheeks, and jawline that preserves his facial characteristics. We were both excited about his results and the confidence boost with his refreshed appearance.
