This patient came in having received under eye filler at a different office. This filler had been placed too superficially resulting in a blue-gray discoloration of the area, also called a Tyndall Effect. We used a small amount of Hylenex to dissolve her prior filler. We were then able to inject filler at the proper depth in the tear trough area to give this patient the optimal result she had originally been looking for!
