ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This gentleman came to our office in search of a way to rejuvenate his appearance. As a competitive body builder, he experienced significant fat and tissue loss in his face and decided that this would be the year he would invest in himself. He began his journey first by having an otoplasty procedure done at an outside office, prior to beginning his filler journey. After a friend, and fellow previous body builder, had treatment with us, he decided to take the step to see if fillers could help replace lost volume.  

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
After examination, injector Kimberly PA-C, determined that a midface rejuvenation treatment would be a great place to start to give him that refreshed look he was seeking. Based on the significant amount of initial volume loss and the patient’s goals, Kimberly discussed the need for multiple visits to rebuild and layer the filler. Over the course of six months this patient’s midface, cheek and under eye volume was restored using a combination of hyaluronic acid filler along with calcium hydroxyapatite filler.

After seeing the significant change of his midface rejuvenation Kimberly suggested continuing his transformation to the lower face. The goal was to contour the chin and jawline while replacing lost volume in the pre-jowl. This procedure required 3 treatments, layering dermal filler, to give the definition and smooth contours to the lower face. 

THE OUTCOME
With volume restored he looks healthier and more rested! We are loving his new his refreshed appearance, and so does he!
