ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This 30-something male patient had two non surgical rhinoplasties using filler in Brazil. Unfortunately, his results were not as expected. Because of incorrect filler placement, he was left with a noticeable indentation on the right side of the nose making his nose appear unbalanced. He consulted with Dr. Mabrie for filler correction.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Dr. Mabrie's approach required two things:
- dissolving previous filler with Hylenex and
- refilling with dermal filler in the correct nasal areas.
This approach not only corrected the sides of the nose (contour irregularities), it also reshaped the nasal bridge providing a symmetric shape.
THE OUTCOME
The patient was delighted with the outcome, expressing increased confidence in his appearance. The overall result provided strong aesthetic support, enhancing the nose’s harmony and balance.
