ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This woman in her 30's had a previous rhinoplasty as a result of trauma to her nose when she was 18 years old. She had wanted to improve her nose for over 15 years, but was afraid of undergoing a second rhinoplasty procedure because her nose was already small and she didn't want to make it any smaller. She found Dr. Mabrie's website 2 years earlier and after following his cases and newsletters and reading positive reviews, she made an appointment and underwent non-surgical revision of her nasal profile.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
She told me she didn't like the divot on her profile view and that it made her very self-conscious. I also noted that on the frontal view the bridge was irregular and the tip was asymmetric. Using fillers we were able to restore the vertical symmetry of her nose on frontal view and smooth out her nasal contour in profile by filling in the divot.

THE OUTCOME
She is very happy; she's wanted to change her nose for years. An added benefit is that the results were very natural and no one has noticed she has had something done.
