ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient initially visited my San Francisco office interested in finding the right kind of filler treatment for bags under her eyes. I noticed her nose was somewhat misshapen and injured as well. She told me it was the result of a Rhinoplasty she had many years ago. There has been a hump reduction during the Rhinoplasty surgery, which had caused the middle cartilaginous portion of her nose to collapse, making the tip look large and round. She was disappointed with its shape but was afraid of having another surgery performed to fix it.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
I've found that Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty is a great option for revision cases like this. It's so important for patients to know that just like with surgery, there are risks for skin injury, but they're significantly less than any type of surgery. Thus, I performed a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty for this patient to correct what had been misshapen in the past.

THE OUTCOME
Shown a month later, her nose has a defined and consistent shape. The contours are looking just right, and she is very satisfied with her appearance. What can I say; this is a truly amazing result that gave us both chills.
