ABOUT OUR PATIENT
After breaking her nose, this patient underwent multiple rhinoplasties. Despite those surgeries, she was left unhappy with the final result and hesitant to go through another surgical procedure with its associated stress and downtime.

Looking for a less invasive option, she came to MFI to explore non-surgical rhinoplasty with dermal filler—a solution that would improve the shape of her nose without additional surgery or recovery time.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
We used Restylane, a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler, to smooth the concavities in her nasal bridge and refine the definition of her nasal tip. One month later, she returned for a second treatment to build on her foundation, creating long-lasting structure and balance. This two-step approach allowed us to achieve a natural-looking, well-contoured result.

She now maintains her results with annual touch-ups—a simple way to keep her profile looking consistently beautiful.

THE OUTCOME
She loves her nose—and so do we! Her nasal bridge is now smooth and straight, and her tip is softly defined. Most importantly, she feels confident, happy, and at home in her profile again.
