ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient came to our San Francisco office seeking a solution for under-eye bags and volume loss. During our consultation, I also noticed a structural irregularity in her nose. She explained it was the result of a prior rhinoplasty performed years ago.

The original surgery involved a hump reduction, which unfortunately led to a collapse in the mid-cartilaginous portion of her nose. This structural change made the nasal tip appear disproportionately large and rounded. Although she was unhappy with the shape, she was hesitant to undergo revision surgery due to the invasiveness and recovery involved.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
For patients like hers—especially in post-surgical revision casesNon-Surgical Rhinoplasty can be an excellent option. While all procedures carry some risk, the chances of skin injury are much lower compared to revision surgery.

I recommended a non-surgical filler treatment to the nose, focusing on restoring balance and contour. This approach allowed us to improve the nose’s shape and structure without the need for another surgery.

THE OUTCOME
One month post-treatment, her nose appears more refined and balanced, with smooth, natural-looking contours. She’s thrilled with the result—and honestly, so am I. The transformation was subtle, elegant, and exactly what she was hoping for.
