Before And After Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty After Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 1284
ABOUT THIS PATIENT
This patient, a woman in her early 40s, came to us looking to refine the results of a surgical rhinoplasty she had 10 years ago. While her initial procedure reduced a nasal hump, she noticed that when she smiled, her nose appeared “sunken,” and the tip seemed to drop. She wanted a more balanced and lifted look without undergoing another surgery. Her main goals were to correct the asymmetry along the nasal bridge and subtly lift the nasal tip for a more harmonious profile.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
To address her concerns, Dr. Mabrie designed a customized non-surgical rhinoplasty treatment using Restylane-L, a hyaluronic acid dermal filler. By strategically placing filler along the nasal bridge, we were able to smooth out irregularities and improve symmetry. Additional filler was placed at the nasal tip to provide lift and support, counteracting the "sunken" effect she experienced when smiling. Just the kind of subtle, high-impact result we love delivering.
THE OUTCOME
The transformation was immediate. Her nasal bridge now appears smooth and symmetrical, and her tip has a natural, lifted contour that maintains its shape when she smiles. She loves how her nose looks more refined but still completely natural. Most importantly, she avoided another surgery while achieving the improvements she wanted. At Mabrie Facial Institute, we specialize in helping patients fine-tune their facial features with non-surgical solutions, and this case is a perfect example of how strategic filler placement can enhance and restore balance.
