I love faces.
It’s probably why I decided to focus my career as a facial plastic surgeon on using BOTOX® and fillers to help my San Francisco Bay Area patients look their best. But my love of faces started before my field of medicine.
I think I’ve always been captivated by the unique beauty seen at every age and in every ethnicity and shape.

In this blog post, I’ll share with you images that I find beautiful. While the faces will come in many forms, the common thread here will be beautiful contours, angles, proportion, and balance.

Along the way, I’ll add some commentary on what may make one particular face so attractive, and share insight on the possibilities of making your own face the best version of YOU.
These faces are all uniquely lovely. While none look the same, I think we all agree that they are stunning each to their own.
I feel so grateful to live in this moment where the ideas of “classical beauty” are being redefined. Notice the defined chin and jawline shapes, the contours of their cheekbones, the proportioned noses that harmonize and balance the face, and the way light reflects and defines their features.
Simply beautiful.

The male faces here also bear the common thread of defined features.
They have strong chins and jawlines, balanced, masculine faces that provide chiseled inspiration. Young or “seasoned,” high-fashion or rugged – each has a unique symmetry.
