Juanita - Front Desk Coordinator
If you visit the East Bay office, chances are you'll be met by Juanita's smiling face at registration. As the Front Desk Coordinator, Juanita is happy to help you schedule appointments, follow-ups, and treatments. She can also answer your questions regarding financing and help you pre-qualify before your appointment.
Catarina Pantazes - Administrative Coordinator
As Administrative Coordinator, Catarina assists patients with education, scheduling and financing. In addition to being thorough and attentive to detail, Catarina is warm, friendly, and dedicated to providing concierge level service.
Jeremie & Shannon
The "Dynamic Duo" of our Pinole office, Jeremie and Shannon assist Dr. Mabrie with in-office procedures, schedule surgeries, and check on our patients following surgery. Friendly and highly competent medical assistants, they brighten up the office and help our patients feel like family.
